How quickly will my item be ready?
-Turnaround time for in-stock items could take up to 5 days.
-You will receive an email when your order is ready for local pickup. We're located in Frisco.
-Rush orders will cost an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
-Because our items are customized just for you we do not allow for returns.
How do I type my monogram on an order?
-When ordering please type your monogram in order of how it will be appear on the item.

Do you embroider?
-We do not embroider. Our items are personalized using high quality vinyls.
I need 8 bags and you only have 4 in-stock?
-If you don't see the number of items in stock that you need please contact us. We may be able to order more!

-Yes! We can make something special just for you and/or your team of 35 people. Contact us to get started!
